How long will it take me to get my package?
Due to Covid-19, processing and shipping orders may take up to 7-14 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance. ONE4ALL takes customer service very seriously, so be assured that we are doing all we can to get your orders out to you as soon as possible.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Most ONE4ALL merchandise is printed on demand, so unfortunately we do not issue refunds.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed. If you need to make any changes after an order is placed please contact our customer service department at email@example.com.
If you need to exchange a product for any reason, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to have it resent. If you are not requesting an even exchange you will be responsible for the cost of additional product(s).
Please return all items in saleable condition. (No food/deodorant stains or discoloration.)
If any products are returned to us damaged, ONE4ALL reserves the right to discontinue the exchange, or ask the customer to cover the cost of the damages before the exchange is processed.

What if I receive my order damaged?
If you received a defective item, we'll gladly replace it!
Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size.

What if my size is not available?
ONE4ALL apparel sizes range from small to xxlarge. If you desire a different size we are happy to work with you. Contact our customer service department at email@example.com for custom orders.
